            Hit by the Weather!

 

Firstly apologies for the delay with the updates. Our new show arena project is well under way and back on track after the weather threw a spanner in the works.

We got off to a flying start with this project, which consists of three show home gardens front and rear. All gardens are to have patios laid to the patio doors, there are also various other structures to be installed; including paved seating areas, a pergola and a water feature adorned with blue play bark to give the water effect! If this isn't enough there are to be stepping stones, monoliths and of course the vast variety of plants. All to be completed in the time scale of three weeks.

After being completely snowed off we were able to get back to work. Completing the patio's, erecting some of the monoliths and even a little planting was able to be done. We have used teams varying in numbers with the biggest team consisting of eight of our workforce to get back on track. The gardens are still looking rather barren at the moment (or a bit graveyard like) but they are definitely taking shape......at last.

 

With the planting of the front gardens underway, we are back on schedule to complete this project on time (weather permitting).

I will hopefully be posting some more pictures next week and if all goes to plan these will be of the completed gardens in all their glory.

So once again I say to you watch this space... to see the transformation of these bare earth plots into some wonderful gardens, making full use of the space available.

The gardens have been designed to be both pleasing to the eye while also creating spaces to sit relax and ponder and areas specifically set out for eating alfresco.
