Here is a quick update for Ottery Saint Mary, we have made good progress so far. The boulder wall has been installed, so we are now able to continue with the other elements required for these two show home gardens.

 

With the wall in place, we had to try and get the other jobs done whenever the weather would permit, so we had to do things in a different order to what we had initially intended.

We decided to lay the edging stones for the patio and some of the beds and borders, and to carry on with the planting. The next thing to tackle was  to create the steps between the different levels of the gardens.

We were able to start laying the large sandstone patio, although as you can see from the pictures above the weather tended to dictate our work schedule! Also pictured above are some of our team that have been battling so admirably against the elements to keep the project on track. Well done guys, lets hope the weather is a bit kinder next week.
