Skimmia-Japonica.jpg

A few of the great quality plants we use on our projects

                                                             Skimmia  Japonica

Commonly called Japanese skimmia, is a dense, mounded, broad-leaved evergreen shrub that matures to 3-4' tall and to 5' wide. ... Flowers on female shrubs are followed by small spherical red fruits (to 3/8" across) which ripen in October and persist through winter.

                                                             Ilex alterclerensis Golden King

A spectacular, evergreen, female form with nearly spine-free leaves green in centre with bright gold margins. Compact habit, tiny white flowers in spring followed by red berries on pollinated plants. Shade tolerant, retaining golden variegation in the shade

                                                                        Ilex Nelly Stevens

Ilex Nellie Stevens grows in a neat pyramidal shape to about 6m (20ft) in height. Ilex Nellie Stevens is a hybrid between English holly (I. aquifolium) and Chinese holly (I. cornuta). The leaves are thick and have teeth typically associated with the holly.

  • Hi Tim, Sorry these plants are for use on our own projects at the moment, although this is something we may consider doing in the future.
