This is the start of the landscaping of the show home arena at Plymouth. As you can see the area was quite an unusual shape to deal with. This area is to have some raised beds and a decked area.

 

The raised beds are to be made using railway sleepers, they are going to be constructed to the depth of three sleepers. The decking is to be laid between the beds and have astro turf inlays.

The first job was to construct the beds with the sleepers and lay the framework for the decking, ensuring all was level.

We could then fill the beds and lay the astro-turfed deck boards.

It has taken our team of three people, three days to get to this stage of the project. We are well on track with this project.
