The design of this garden was the customers own. With just a couple of little tweaks we were able to create exactly what they had asked for. The aim of this project was to create a 2.4m circular patio with two circular turfed areas of the same size. the existing patio was to be doubled in size and the pathway extended. Once the hard landscaping was complete the remaining area was to be planted out and dressed with decorative plum slate.

Just a quick recap on this project. We were challenged by the adverse weather conditions from start to finish on this project. We were supposedly in the middle of a drought? There was a hosepipe ban in operation for much of the country, yet rain delayed us no end on this job and it was one of those rare occasions when we were beat by the weather and had to do a temporary makeover to meet the deadline.

We were asked by one of our clients if we could provide a thatched bird table, to add the finishing touch to their newly landscaped garden. We set about trying to source a good quality thatched bird table, but were surprised at just how difficult this was to find!
